This wedding weekend was truly unforgettable! That electric energy, the beauty of the venues, the convergence of cultures, the style of the wedding party's looks... and most of all, the love between Nafis and Matt. Hearing about their first dates and how they value grand adventures together painted such a vivid picture of their love story. They're such a charming couple, and their vows were a perfect stage for that charm to shine.
The pithi ceremony before the wedding was particularly memorable for me as this was my first time attending a wedding with Indian traditions. Watching the wedding guests and family pass through the line to bless the grooms with the turmeric paste felt so celebratory and fun. I was really touched by that joy that felt so effortless.
I've been to the Parthenon lots of times as a Nashville resident, but attending a wedding at the Parthenon was absolutely my most memorable experience there. Being in the room with the gorgeous Athena statue really elevated the vibe to an all-time wedding high!
Matt and Nafis, I'm so grateful for you, and couples like you, that welcome me into the party as if we've known each other forever. Celebrating you was so easy!
