Over 600 days passed between Martin and Ashley's Monteagle engagement and their long-awaited wedding day. The word of the day was "finally," repeated by the couple, guests, family, and Father Mark alike!
Ashley and I met at a coffee spot in Nashville in January 2019 to chat on wedding ideas and dreams, more than a year out from their initial April 2020 date. We had such a fun time chatting about her recent proposal, and I was so flattered that she was a fan of my wedding film work! Because of the current happenings of the world, early every piece of Plan A we discussed that night turned to Plan B, to Plan C, to what eventually took place on their truly perfect August 8th, 2020 wedding day. Ashley and Martin were patient yet remained eager. When the day ultimately came, their backyard reception at a friend’s home (which they lovingly titled Cherry Farms) was the party of the year! The bash paired nicely with their traditional Catholic ceremony. Throughout the entire day, it was impossible to knock the smiles off Ashley and Martin's faces, and this wedding film is proof!
